At Amorsona, we are committed to delivering your purchases to you as soon as possible. We offer free shipping on all orders above 800 INR and a flat fee of 150 INR for orders below 800 INR. All our products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We ship within India and provide tracking information for your convenience. Return & Refund
Thank you for shopping at Amorsona. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Amorsona Store. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Amprsona, you agree to the terms set forth as below.
PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF :
Product is Damaged- during transit
Product is Defective - during manufacturing process
Product is Not as described on the website
Order is Delayed for over 10 days
Returns of items shipped from Ddecor.com can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
All you need to do is to ensure that the product is in its original condition, tags and packaging.
PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED/CANCELLED IF:
If you have crossed 7 day return window.
If product is damaged (Not in its original condition),or tags and packaging are missing.
And orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.
WHEN CAN I GET MY REFUND?
Please note, Amorsona initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us .Therefore, the refund time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse
It will take us a maximum of 5 - 14 Business Days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
